Believe it or not, we have the comic EARLY today. In fact, Kyle produced not one, not two, but THREE comics today! Give the man a hand. Seriously, his is falling off from all the drawing.
Jesus, Sold Out has never SEEN even remotely this much traffic before. Our highest was the first day our guest comic was on Gigaville. Suddenly we're pulling in hundreds of visitors a day. However, the real test will be seeing how many return visitors we get.

Today's comic, as you will note, is definitely full of suspense and drama. Who are these two guys? Oh, sure, Lain THINKS they are guards...but are they? Were they really just cowering behind a tree, or is this some sort of set up to get the drop on him? Oh, I bet you hadn't even THOUGHT about that, had you? We here at Sold Out have the MAD plot skills. Just when you think it's going one way, BAM, it goes another way! I bet it makes you want to talk about it on our forum, doesn't it? Maybe they're from another dimension! Or...FROM THE FUTURE! WHO KNOWS! We got CRAZY plot here at Sold Out!
...*cough*, I think I have Dave-itis.

Some of our readers also seem to enjoy the fact that the old man is wearing a pot. I don't know why he's wearing a pot. Maybe it's hip to wear pots on your head. Remember, this IS a remote planet. Please, also do not ask me why everyone looks like a Ragnarok Online character. It could not possibly be because Kyle has always wanted to run his own server. Of course, he can't, because that would be illegal. We do not condone illegal activities here at sold out, especially not running free servers or cracking games featuring coin pooping fish. Nuh-uh, we don't believe in that one bit.
Also, I might as well ask this here, and you can use the comment space below, or take it to the forum – whatever tickles your fancy – do you think I should post the original comics for this arc, as I wrote them, or should I hang on to them in order to properly recycle some of these jokes in a better context? I can see why a lot of these were scrapped, for the most part I was hoping Kyle would punch up the comics as he went, and he has definitely done a bang up job of that so far.
In closing...we like readers. We like money. We want your input! Remember, we can't steal your ideas until you give them to us in the first place.
I'm going to sleep now. Maybe. Probably not. Fuck it, I'll say I'm going to sleep now, and then be up until 3 am playing DDR or something. | |

Ok, someone, someone I'm not even sure I know, just went on the boards, and posted fan art.
I'm a little surprised. Makes me wonder if we should consider putting up a fan art section. Since we can't, I think I'll put it up here for you guys to look at. I know it's just basic pencil done line art, but it means a lot to me.

Wandering various webcomics I found myself at this site, and I must admit it's pretty entertaining. Pretty odd too, considering I was following a chain of really crappy comics. :P Keep up the good work, I'm sure more people will start coming. | |

I just started reading(I'm one of the new BnG linkites)it's really cool, I enjoy it very much, I particularly like tristain, but all the girls are cool too, though I think ciere is too exaggerated.

I came accross the site through Bob and George, Dave my obviously like it as he put it on his blurb on the front page :P I think it is good so far, a lil confusing in places but nothing to complain about.
