Y'know...

Even though our forum is deserted half(?) the time, mainly due to no updates, and no flow of new people, but.

It feels kind of nice that way as well. For me anyway. :p

It's like this close-knit forum family. Kind of. o:

Just seems nice. Everyone knows each other. :D

Err. Well, to a certain extent at least. :]

But yeah. Your thoughts on this? x3

Re: Y'know...

It's nice. I've always prefered small communities. The problem is when one person leaves/forgets/loses interest/etc. you lose a large percent of the population.

And then it sort of dominoes from there.

Lesson being:
plz dont leave or we'll all die ;_;

What are you saying? That you wanna be like me? Do you understand that I just barely want to be like me?

Re: Y'know...

The forum death/switch culled a number of us as it is.  So, yeah, we can't really afford to lose any more.

On the last tiny forum I was on, that person was the one that owned/paid for the board. I haven't heard from any of them since.

Re: Y'know...

Again, this is why I get a jolt of panic every time this forum stops existing.  We all should probably have some more solid form of contact, should something happen to the place.

Re: Y'know...

You say that, and I wish there was a physical representation of the forum I could grab onto and shake and go "OH NO AN EARTHQUAKE!!" out of spite.

Re: Y'know...

o: Maybe I should start posting on all the threads. ;D

But yar. It's 4:25 in the morning and I'm too tired to talk about anything. xD

So. Good nite everyone. ;p
Don't have a totally screwed up sleep schedule. :3

Also, apparently at certain weddings, the lucky couple can decide to replace the wedding cake with a giant tuna. Seriously. GIANT. Tunafish. xD

Re: Y'know...

I'm rather hoping you are well aware of the normal size Tuna are, and attended a wedding centred on some monstrous leviathan, but I'm under the impression that most people (including you, maybe) are unaware that Tuna are regularly quite big.
ichthyoid.
I looked up that word, but I decided I don't like the rest of the sentence it was in. I'm also disappointed that the noun form of the root of ichthyosaurus isn't 'ichthyian', which was my first guess.

Re: Y'know...

I wasn't too sure about the normal size of tuna, but I could say it was at least more than two times the size of the tuna in that picture. big_smile

... Why are we still talking about tuna sizes after so long? xD

Re: Y'know...

I like big fish?
(I fed an Arapaima once, they move unbelievably fast. 50% chance it was this one.)

Re: Y'know...

O: Ooh yay fish pictures. big_smile

And I think it was about as big as the first picture.
I mean, they did make sashimi out of it afterwards and used the tuna to feed all the guests. :p

And on topic again.

Everyone else has temporarily (<-- At least, I hope its only temporary. :[ ) died again. D:

Re: Y'know...

Everybody gets together to swap illnesses.
I got a week and a half grab bag of various 'things that are wrong with you when you have a cold', which changed every day.

Re: Y'know...

I seem to consistently get sick either right before or right after exams, so it was probably a holdover from that.
