Tonight's Topic: Who does or does not suck?

The last comic got a huge response. A huge…popular response. That made me very happy. I can’t help but think that most of that was thanks to our artist’s choice of artistry and facial expressions and subtle jokes. And yes, pie is quite tasty and delicious. Mmm, pie.

For those interested in the process, in the original comic that I wrote, I called for a comic completely devoid of words. I thought the contrast would be more interesting that way. Leave it up to the man to totally change it. I have to say, I like it better this way.

Pies?

There is now going to be a mini-mini arc, which we are now a part of. Isn’t it wonderful? Just a few comics, nothing much, but a fun tangent none-the-less.

Everyone I have talked to lately, everyone, has talked about politics. I keep finding the same thing. No one really knows jack shit, but they like talking anyway. Those who DO know anything have one view on it, and can’t even possibly see the other side of the issue.

This being a parody of webcomics in general, you can expect some day to see a political comic. However, it will be funny. With jokes. The only comic I’ve seen that pulled that off was I Drew This, from the creator of Ozzy and Milly. Every other webcomic based on political views has been so terribly one-side it drives me crazy. Mostly, these people tend to be so leftist it hurts the head. Oh boo-fucking-hoo. Shut up about how Bush lied about the WMDs. We know this already. Stop nit-picking him for the little things, like, you know…reading to children? How about, now, we start talking about the things he did wrong. Like…almost everything.

I don’t know how it became so en vogue to draw George Bush as close to a monkey as possible, but let’s face it, the joke got old when we saw that picture of Bush compared to Curious George. The joke is so old, it was around for the creation of the “so old” string of jokes, which dawned somewhere in the Paleolithic era if I’m right. All my knowledge of pre-history comes from Jurrasic Park.

So, one up on Sore Thumbs for us, we have breasts AND actual comedy. Go us.

Man, when the people who actually write these comics find these little rants, they’re going to tear us a new asshole. Yay for anonymity!

"So, one up on Sore Thumbs for us, we have breasts AND actual comedy."

Breasts attached to lesbians, no less. Breasts, comedy and lesbians. It's a goddamn perfect concept. All we need are ninja.

And we're working on that, too.

Just a test.

If you're reading this, I'd like you to do me a favor. Tell one person, doesn't matter who, about this site. One person posted a link on a message board and that generated 3 unique visits. Now, 3 new people have seen the comic, and might tell their friends.

Before I start advertising, I'd like to see how far word of mouth takes us first. We've already gone from 12 unique visits per day in September to 16 in October, which is pretty alright for a brand new webpage that has no means of advertising currently and isn't even finished building.

So, do me this one tiny favor, and you'll have made my day.

Endlessly long rambles!

About your WMD rant... well, that's because it kinda stands out AS THE SINGLE DIMBEST THING HE'S DONE. The rest was all a combination of stupidities... as for the reading to children thing, I personally could have cared less: It was a good idea at the time, but... yeah, it might have been an idea to maybe respond a little quicker. Ah well, hindsight and all that.

And if I can point out, your ranble about it being that old would thereby mean that it was older than Bush, which would be an impossibility. And yes, I'm being needlessly technicaly to annoy you.

But actually, I think the USA tends to go in stages: they support one guy, until he does something really stupid, whereupon they support the other guy, until he does something really stupid... an endless cycle of stupidity. Gotta love it.

...And... is it just me, or does Tristain have "Cake" underneath him? It's great to see that it's possible to push a starship, though... admittedly though, I can't say I was surprised... If I heard "State of fixing" one more time...

Ah well, let's see what you guys think of next. *Goes off to tell some random person about the webcomic*

...Good shit
